Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

Bedford Full-time £38,000–£44,000 / year

We’re looking for a compassionate NMC-registered nurse to provide clinical leadership across our community services.

You’ll carry out assessments, oversee care plans and support the professional development of our carers.

Your day-to-day

Complete clinical and risk assessments
Develop and review person-centred care plans
Provide clinical supervision to care staff
Liaise with GPs, district nurses and families

What we’re looking for

Live NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
Minimum 2 years post-registration experience
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Strong clinical and communication skills

What you’ll get
